Ashley (far left;) is the founder of Elevated Adolescence. This Camp was born from her dream to give adolescent kids experiences she didn't have, and to lift up every parent and kid during these years that hold so much potential for connection, growth, leadership, and positive impact.
She's got 2 teaching credentials, 17 years of experience working with youth around building social-emotional and executive functioning skills, 1 husband, 2 kids, 1 dog, 1 fish, and 1 hamster.
"I believe every adolescent kid on the planet is a star...a leader. They matter because they exist. Our job is to show up for them; to connect with exactly who they are and give them opportunities to expand their awareness of what's possible. When we excavate their strengths and inherent value, they become unstoppable forces of light."
Ashley lives in Boulder, Colorado with her family, including her middle school daughter, and 8-year-old son. For fun, she likes gardening and doing wannabe improv with her kids.

Here are our awesome collaborators and classes we've had in the past:

  • Growing Up Boulder gives us a city planning challenge to solve
  • Boulder Bookstore leadership presents around using our voices for good
  • Art class and sweet treats for hot days!
  • 1:1 Q&A & coaching from middle school student leaders
  • Boulder library teen center & BLDG 61 maker space
  • Museum of Boulder: Google Garage, Museum tour fun!
  • Local field trips on public transportation
  • Nature exploration: award-winning parks, creeks, hikes and more!

6th GRADERS, GET EXCITED. THIS IS NOT YOUR AVERAGE CAMP. (AND, IT'S DEFINITELY NOT SCHOOL!)

Got a small group of friends you want to join together? Space is limited, so don't miss out!

"This Camp changed my son's life. He confidently entered middle school following camp, but more than that he's taking on challenges and building friendships in a way I've never seen."
