It's a gift to be alive, and in the body you're in
Today's guest, Rosie Molinary, was such an honor to have on. Learning to accept, support, and belong to ourselves can seem like a never-ending battle. And, the challenge can feel even greater for adolescents. But let me be clear: You are YOU on purpose. And, the filter's on social, the models in magazines, and the products that tell you you should look or feel a certain way - they're all a lie coming from lack. Simply put, they must sell you this message so you'll buy what they offer. There is no one way to look or feel attractive - it's truly an inside-out process - regardless of gender, sexual orientation, or status.
Today's guest, Author, Activist, and Dove Self-Esteem Project Educator, Rosie Molinary, and I dive into these topics and so much more. Parents, if you or your adolescent have ever struggled to accept yourself, your body, or to simply take care of yourself - this is for YOU.
