The Fall Sprint

The skills your teen builds this fall will pay off all year long.

Most families treat the start of a new school year as something to just get through — and that's exactly why so many teens are already behind by October on the things that actually matter.

The first weeks back are one of the best windows of the year to build real skills: new routines are still forming, the year is wide open, and there's a chance to set the tone before habits harden.

I founded and ran my highly-successful Middle School Prep Camp — an immersive, interactive program helping early adolescent kids build self-awareness, executive function, social-emotional, and leadership skills before middle school.

The Fall Sprint brings that same energy into flexible, personalized sessions for tweens, teens, and parents your family can (virtually) weave in across these two months — no matter what your schedule looks like.

  • Executive function skills
  • Communication skills
  • Self-advocacy
  • Positive habits
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Life skills
  • Leadership skills

Teens starting a new school year, families navigating a tough transition, and parents ready to get ahead of it — not catch up to it.

Sessions are available 1:1 with your teen, or as a parent + teen session with me. Flexible across the two months.

6 sessions — consistent or intensive support to create a strong shift in confidence and skill-building.
