Yes, I’m launching this in the middle of a pandemic. I don’t believe in pointless accidents or failures, so this must be perfect timing.
This kick-off episode is focused on the greatest power we have: how we think about each moment. I talk about why this is, as well as go through a simple real-time exercise to practice.
Each episode, I will provide insight and information, as well as an optional exercise you can download or print and work on during the last fifteen minutes. If you don't do the exercise, no problem. My wish is that you'll use the time to do something that fills you up.
